You can have a storage of water and electricity on the road…as in the electricity there should be a generator that your RV has…that is if it has one…you can use your TANK water for the toillets…but you will have to DUMP when the tank gets full…if you are hooked up to a site that has electricity/sewage both will be taken care of…try looking on the internet for easy directions for how these things work…that is what we had to do!
